We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order.

💰 Return Shipping Costs:

• Sahara Bronze does not offer free returns. The shipping cost is at the buyer's expense. 🚚
• Ensure you keep proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit. 📜

✅ Return Conditions:

• Goods must be sealed in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. 📦
• Original condition means the item has:
  • 📦 Kept in original packaging
  • ✨ Not been opened or used
  • 🔄 Can be resold
• If returned bundles have missing or damaged items, we may deduct a charge from the refund amount to cover the cost.

💳 Refund Process:

🔄 Returns are processed within 5 days of receiving the items.

💵 A refund (minus shipping costs) will be credited back to your original payment method.

📩 Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to saharabronze25@gmail.com.

⚠️ Do not dispose of damaged items without our written confirmation—we may require the product to be returned for further examination.
